Okay. I'm going to write properly now. I start writing like really bad whenever I'm really mad.
Today was actually a pretty good slacking day.
We got briefed on our NAPFA test, so Nima and I, as the sports captains, had to brief the rest of the class on it during PE.
Miss Ning read out my english essay out loud in front of the class today. The same thing Miss Lim did when I was in P3. Except Miss Lim went so far as to photocopy my paper in P3 and give everyone in the class a copy to read. So embarrassing, man.
Today I managed to learn a lot today. And after school, Fung Ling sent me the song 'Wait For You - Elliot Yamin' on her handphone so now I can listen to it (♥) in the privacy of my own room.
After school I went to WS (Yolanda was going there too, but she was going to NTUC). As I was walking along that long stretch of shops that led to the MRT station and the interchange, I saw Chee Shuen and Akhyar but they didn't recognise me. I went to the library to drop off my library book later. Then I went to Popular to buy a file. It's all cool and green. When I came out, I saw Wessie Oh from PRPS but she didn't recognise me either.
Then, when I went to the interchange, I went to stand in the Bus #354 lane. You know how the Bus #6 lane is right next to Bus #354 lane? Guess who I saw sitting on the railing drinking a Gulp. When I approached the line, that guy turned and looked at me. At first I looked away for a split second, thinking he was someone else. But when I immediately turned back to look at him, I was like "OMG SEBASTIAN!!" So we like chatted for awhile...and to tell you the truth, he looks REALLY DIFFERENT. His voice is already cracked...and it sounds a lot better in a way. He says I look the same. o.o His bus left before mine. I got a good view of the back of his head. He said the school cut his hair for him because it was too long. I told him it didn't look bad and that he kind of over-exaggerated it when he told me that they cut it REALLY SHORT. But I think it actually doesn't look that bad at all. It's more boyish in a way, sure, but he seems to really miss his sideburns.
Then when I came home, the PE teacher in my school rang me up and told me that I forgot to meet her after school at the sunken foyer. Oh. Yeah, she was just like telling me how she could excuse me from going to basketball on Fridays. So I don't have to go to DMC anymore. NOW then she tells me. COOL. Means I can still continue with basketball. *dance dance* but then it's like kind of wierd because while everyone's going for 3 times a week, i'm only going twice. so sad.
But the point is, I got my first photograph of a sunset here, in Singapore. I miss the ones in aussieland, though.

and i took this yesterday while i was on the phone with YuMin.

how coincidental that it should be the end of school, and yet my 100th post. i don`t know how to feel.
in science, we went to the other classroom to watch The Simpsons Movie. in design&technology, Mr Waterman even brought in a little TV so we could watch Mr Bean shows. in SS, we watched Hot Fuzz. in maths, Mr Oates let us do whatever we wanted on the computers.
i gave Temily and Aleya my address in Singapore so they could still keep in contact with me, like penpals. i remember today when i was on the field with Miss Tapley during PE because she was just saying goodbye to us, and usually half the school walks across the field to get to the bus stops. and Temily saw me and gave me one last hug before we said goodbye and i just watched her walk across with her party hat still on her head, carrying her prizes from SS. Emma P. gave me such a loving hug during lunch. i can tell she`s going to be a great mother if she ever becomes one. i wrote Aleya`s brother an 'in advance' little letter. i`m apparently her brother's tooth fairy. because she said i`ve got really tiny writing so it might look like a fairy wrote it. i wrote it in that usual shiny silver gel pen. i`ll miss my contact class XDD they were like...family. like Miss Tapley said at the beginning of the year: "your contact class is going to be just like your family". i`ll miss waving to Ryo. i`ll miss sitting with Casey and Temily, just rushing to get out to lunch through those double gym doors.
it`s funny...how time flies. never been more grateful for those who kept me alive during the times when i thought i must be dead. it`s just as if...when i stepped out of my different classrooms today, i knew there wouldn`t be any trace of me left. what`s gone is gone; they will never come again. it`s hard to know what to feel during times like these...
i`m going to have to pack my bags tonight. i`ve got three days to pack. may God help me; and have mercy upon my soul.
Do You Remember When Getting high meant swinging at the playground? The worst thing you could get from girls was cooties? Dad was your hero & Mom was the only girl in your life? Your worst enemies were your siblings? Race issues were who ran the fastest? War was a card game? The only drug you knew of was cough medicine? The only thing you smoked was the tires on your bike? The only thing that hurt was skinned knees? The only things that could get broken were your toys? Life was simple and carefree? but what I remember the most was wanting to grow up. And now that the innocence of childhood is gone... I Yearn for it all again...

i know my posts are getting shorter day by day.
"im gonna miss aussieland. shocking eh? after all the strong hate feelings for this damn country two years ago. well, i had other attachments. the wrong attachments. temporary attachments that meant the world to me. somethin i thought would last forever. but well...i guess i grew up. well, the most importatnt lessons are the hardest to learn. especially through living through it."
taken from my brother`s blog yet again. maybe brothers and sisters were meant to think alike. well...maybe only us.
-sighs- what the bloody hell man. i know its only 12 more days till i return. why am i even counting down the days? i don`t want to count anymore. the more i count down the days till my return, the more i find i`m losing myself bit by bit, enveloped in the whole delusion of my bliss in Singapore until i forget who i am, right now, in Australia. i want to cherish my time left here in this alien country. i mean, i won`t be seeing it again for maybe two (or more) years. won`t breathe the air i love so much here, won`t see the moon and stars the same way again, won`t catch those same beautiful sunsets ever again. instead, i`ll be taking neoprints and camwhoring like any other ordinary girl in Singapore. what a waste of my life. yet, it`s worth it, i should think.
this was the sunset i just took. it`s not much, but i pray that it will not be the last one i take before i return back to the dark gloom of my loving home.
from a few steps outside the door.
to the end of the road.
zoomed in at the end of the road. oh, how i detest that tree. but then again, it`s been planted where there is always good sunlight, so i guess that was why it was there __-__
last night, i went outside to the end of the road to take out our dustbin because that is where we put our dustbins together for the rubbish truck to pick them up. anyway, while i was out there, there was just a beautiful cold wind blowing. the one thing i love doing outside at night is just tilting my head back to the sky and trying not to see anything but the sky. have you ever tried that? it`s so magical. you could never see a better sky than in Australia. maybe once i finish graduating here in Australia i`ll go on a road trip with my father :DDD camping out in the bush just stargazing. and then i`ll ask Vickay to come with me. BWAHAHAHAHA.
today after school as i was walking to the front, one of the sk8erboi Luke`s friends came up behind me and goes all innocently: "Excuse me, can i have a hug?" i said "no". and he goes all: "awww please?" i just walked off. see how downright bloody these ang mor boys are? you don`t even know them and this is what they do to you.
anyway, today in school i had to do two aful oral presentations. one was in Japanese with Reene. the other one was in Health with Caitlin and she was like pretty meek and stuff in front of the class. lame oral presentations. they suck to the core, man. and whadya know? i`ve got to do ANOTHER one tomorrow in Drama. well, not really. it actually IS an oral presentation, only you`re doing a play. and let me tell you, folks, Drama is like the LAST thing you wanna do unless you wanna make a total and complete ass of yourself in front of people who like to go up to you and give you random free hugs.
today in English, Japanese and Health, i rested my head between my arms due to total boredom. sadly, my arms are like uber skinny so i didn`t have much comfort in that. could these last few days get any worse?
i hate school so much. i`m pretty sure i`ve said that before, but... working your ass off for no good reason is indeed depressing. to hell with school & studying. everyone in Singapore is so hardworking, not only in school but on Maple as well. was i made to be in Singapore? only God knows my brother and i weren`t made for working our asses off. my brother, who will never conform to the boredom of studying. may God have mercy on his soul. what about me? what is ME doing? well, just trying to fall asleep in class, that`s all. i don`t know if that`ll change in the coming two years. what will i do? oh, here i go again, this hopeless soul just struggling to find herself. Hai Sing Catholic School. i never thought i`d end up there. if i don`t end up there, where will i end up then? School of the Arts? HA!!! auditions are OVER, christie. fat hope of getting there. may God have his way in my life.

i took those pictures last night at 8:23PM. which is 7:23PM in Singapore (: how beautiful, are they not?
dear me. it`s already FRIDAY. how time flies. yeah, speaking of flies, i don`t know if you`re aware that in australia, during the summer (which is supposed to be from December to January, but usually already gets hot around November), there are SO MANY FLIES!!! ask anyone you want to in australia. they`ll all tell you how annoying the flies are, because there are so MANY of them, and so bloody PERSISTENT. not to mention, they like to fly right up into your face and tickle your arms and legs and ears. -_-#
today went by like...as if it was robotic. PE was just sadistic. the relief teacher didn`t make us do any warm ups (what the hey?) and she asked the blurrest queens of the class whether they wanted their teams to play BOYS vs GIRLS. and, like the blur queens they are, they said YES. bloody effing hell. guess THEY didn`t open their eyes big enough to see who trashed who in yesterday`s game. i thought asians were meant to have much smaller eyes than ang mors -_-# anyway, one of the design&technology teachers told us not to sit where we usually sit, during recess & lunch. we sit outside the design&technology classrooms because there`s usually a nice sunny spot. anyway, EVERY SINGLE ONE of the design&technology classroom windows were SMASHED. like glass broken and glass on the floor. hahaha. huo gai. no wonder i saw a van parked along the road that produced glass windows. i forgot to write out my good copy for my english essay so i had to finish it during recess and lunch, writing like a maniac. luckily i finished it before the bell rang, because i had english right after lunch. in english i exchanged books with Temily XDD so this was the book i was talking about.
 Cross Tides by Lorraine Orman.
tonight, i am going to sleep with my fan on full blast. did you know that it was 39ºC today? i think you already know how hot/bright/dry/blazing it was, since i`ve described it so often.
[this bit was made at 9:02PM, 8:02PM in Singapore] i didn`t sleep. but when i leaned right back in my computer chair and looked out the window, i saw the full moon. as clear as i had ever seen it in my entire life.

This morning when I was heading to the little hallway where the lockers are, a few things happened. Just outside the doorway to the lockers there were some boys arnd my height and one of them just go: "Is that your girlfriend?" and the others start snickering. Then when I ignored them and passed by, and opened the stupid double door to the hallway, Ryo and his friends were like sitting right there on opposite sides of the wall. And my basic courtesy to another asian in the school (MY YEAR GROUP, of course) is to smile and wave. God, I feel like a penguin from Madagascar for crying out loud. And so when I was picking my way over their school bags and somewhat hairy legs (but I can`t talk because, whadya know? I`ve got hair on my legs too) and so then when I passed by, one of Ryo`s friends go: "Is she your sister?" -_-# I HATE IT EVERYTIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS. Just because I wave to another asian doesn`t mean I`m RELATED to that asian for goodness sake.
Today in Health, Mrs V (we call her Mrs V for short, because her name is so freaking long. Mrs Van der Westhuizen. Lucky for her, her first name is nice and short, which is May. Haha) let us do whatever we wanted while the other kids finished off their smoking booklet. Lalala.
Anyway today was so windy my hair never had any rest from being blown around except in classrooms, anyway. I can see that the crocodile has been blown a few metres away from its previous spot.
And since I uploaded the picture of the book I was reading to my latest post, I`ll show you a few sunsets I found in the camera a few months ago that I was too lazy to upload.

I hate how the houses are all in the way. I need to go to the beach if I`m going to make a perfect sunset picture.
[This bit was made on Wednesday, November 21 @ 5:17PM, 4:17PM in Singapore]
Hahaha. I`m gonna shift the playlist up every new post I make. Not putting it on the sidebar because it`s too skinny. Then when it sticks out, it`ll be ugly. HAHA that rhymes. diaoxLabels: {beautiful}; wonders in th sky {/photos} |

bloody hell. before i start my extremely long post i should like to remind you that my brother went back to singapore on saturday, and my father went to pick him up from the airport today so he couldn`t fetch me home. so i had to walk home, in this hot summer`s day; but Aleya`s car drove by and Aleya asked me to get in so they could give me a lift home, because my house is on their way home XDD i was like totally relieved, man. how would you like to walk from White Sands all the way to Loyang Point UPHILL??? okay, whatever. yesterday was my mother`s birthday. yepsyeps. called her and wished her happy birthday... i`m so happy i`m here blogging. for ONE WEEK, i couldn`t blog. so i get withdrawal symptoms. like real *hahaha* anyway all i did during that one week was watch movies from Video Ezy...catch up on my maths...play The Sims 2 (WHAT THE HELL, CHRISTIE???) and just slack slack slack.
oooh my father and brother is back from the airport. bish.
anyway, the first day back at school was so horrible. because i had SS first, and that horrible excuse for a teacher Mr Cregan totally shot me the first question. and even then, i totally didn`t hear it. i was like, "What?" because it`s physically impossible to keep your eyes OPEN in his class, what with him making all these jokes that he thinks is really funny, when it`s seriously not. and in health, we`re studying about legal drugs (what the hell) and Kendrick goes: "Marijuana`s slang name is Mary Jane" and i`m just like...why does he even know this stuff? and about every one of my teachers are slacking their butts off.
but then again, it`s no surprise so i might as well have my nap in every class i go to. i do that only when the teacher is doing his/her work and i know he/she isn`t gonna look up for the next half an hour. bish =x i`m still trying to catch up on my maths. yeah. i think i`m going to stop now. christie needs to studyy. pfftiexx.

and that is one picture i took during the week i was deprived of the internet.Labels: {beautiful}; wonders in th sky {/photos} |

O.M.G. the sunsets are always so beautiful in australia.
taken before i ran into the house, uploaded to the computer, noticed the sun coming through the window much stronger, looked out, saw a nicer one, ripped the camera wire out of the camera, sprinted out the door, and finally
 took that.
lalala the clouds opened up like a little gate. :O THE GATEWAY TO HEAVEN. HA. fat hope.

oh wow.
before i start talking and talking, i should show you a few pictures i took as soon as i got home from grocery shopping with my father.
i just found this photo among some of the photos i took. can`t remember when i took.
that was today directly outside my house.
that was when i went up to the further side of the road and tried to take as little of the rooftops as possible.
and a little to the right of that previous photo.
VOILA. kind of looks like there`s a sun of hope trying so hard to burn through the wet, dark, depressing world of sorrow-filled souls. what the heck. i am so overdramatic when it comes to these things. i should fully start a deviantart account; i love photographing so much.
which brings to my attention that i am actually studying computer graphic designing NEXT year. and if i go back to singapore i`m totally going to miss out on all of them. pfft. i don`t care now.
anyway what i`m trying to say is that you should definitely see (and preferably take a photograph of) an australian sunset and make that one of the top things on your list to do before you die (:Labels: {beautiful}; wonders in th sky {/photos} |

oooh guess what, just now when i went outside to throw rubbish i saw the most PRETTIEST full moon! except i`ve seen better ones. like HUGE yellow ones. only in australia. number onee....

number twwo<333 (without flash)
when you are out in australia (perth) one day, be sure to look up at the sky at night, and try not to let anything else come into view... like a roof/street lamp etc. it`s like...the most enchanting thing ever, man... Labels: {beautiful}; wonders in th sky {/photos} |
